Our Projects

We are actively working in Mandu Block of Ramgarh district, particularly in the Pundi Panchayat, Laiyo Panchayat, Ichkadai Panchayat, and Kuju Panchayat. In these areas, we have successfully trained para-legal volunteers drawn from the local communities.

These para-legal volunteers have been equipped with foundational knowledge of law, with special emphasis on tribal rights, land and forest laws, environmental regulations, access to justice mechanisms, and welfare legislations. The objective of this training is to empower grassroots-level individuals to act as a bridge between the community and the legal system, ensuring timely legal awareness, assistance, and redressal of grievances.

Through this initiative, we aim to strengthen Gram Sabha institutions, enhance legal literacy among vulnerable and mining-affected populations, and ensure effective implementation of protective laws and government schemes at the village level. The trained para-legal volunteers play a crucial role in identifying legal issues, guiding villagers on available remedies, and facilitating access to appropriate authorities and legal forums.
